5 Months On NoFap/ Semen Retention

You get that feeling in your chest, a feeling of great sensation, Your body tickles, Your mind begins to change, and you go on your phone and look up your favorite porn site. While doing it you feel amazing all of this energy going through your body it’s one of the best feelings of your life. Then you reach that peak and you release. You feel very calm relaxed for the moment then a few minutes later you go for round 2,3, and more you waisted so much time. After your done, you feel very guilty like “What am I doing”, “This is the last time”, and last “ I’ll never quit porn.” This just becomes a never-ending cycle of Instant Gratification and releasing dopamine that makes you feel the need to not connect with anyone especially women. Porn, especially for men, makes us think of women as objects rather than who they genuinely are as people. Porn can negatively affect your entire life in many ways your Love Life, Your friendship with women, Your productivity, Your energy, and your mind. Society has told us porn is good for you not my friend you become powerless looking at porn constantly and not taking care of your body that’s why I decided after 12 long years to finally quit porn and become the best version of myself.

Nofap is a growing community of guys who were addicted to pornography or wanting to quit porn cold turkey. They provide services, Articles, Forums, and even apps to help you recover from porn addiction. Everyone in this community is very supportive of one another and they hold you accountable because they want you to succeed on the streak of Nofap. My journey first started last year around the month of April. The first week was the hardest week of my life I was very Anxious, Moody, and I felt a lot of tension in my body. During that time as well my mentality was a lot different then what I have now. I did Nofap then because I wanted a girlfriend the benefits of Nofap were Better Skin, Better Social Skills, More Energy, and feeling like Superman. But that wasn’t the case for me imagine doing something 12 years of your life and you decide to quit an absolute living nightmare. These changes take the time it could be weeks, months, or even years. The second week I did feel a little better I had more energy I felt like I had less tension in my body because meditating more my body felt better but, It also made me more attracted to Women. I was very vulnerable and that urge was getting stronger. I finally broke after almost 2 weeks on the challenge. I failed.
